With Carole's extensive teaching experience she caters for all skill levels from absolute beginners i.e. gentle practice to advanced yoga experience, so everybody receives the wonderful benefits of each of the yoga sessions.  Even if you cannot get down onto the ground, she will provide a chair for your practice.

Congratulations on taking the first step towards bending your brain into brilliance. Over the weekend, we will teach you the principles of what we like to call Brain Yoga.

We are very excited to share our knowledge of all the beautiful methods of enhancing your cognitive function. Each of the lessons are comprised of the following sections:

1. Handcrafted tea, tonic or smoothie recipe created with brain supporting herbs

2. Brain self-challenge - no comparisons as this is your own journey

3. Set of mindfulness exercises

4. Pranayama/breathing techniques

Upon completion, you will have learned how your brain works, yogic breathing techniques, as well as useful information about how gratitude, mantras, mudras, ritual, chakra cleansing and meditation all have the power to unlock your brain's highest potential.

Carole is a qualified Master Trainer Level 2 (Cert III & IV in Fitness) with the Australian Institute of Fitness and also a Laughter Yoga Facilitator, Bootcamp and Boxing Instructor.  She also is a certified EFT/TFT Master Practitioner, Food Coach & Reiki Practitioner.

She holds a Bachelor degree in Vocational and Adult Education & Diploma of Frontline Management and has owned and operated a highly successful training business for many years.  She is a member of the Australian Register of Exercise Professionals with Fitness Australia.
