Retreats Highlights

  • Marterclass Yoga and Meditation
  • Yoga asana and pranayama
  • Learn about philosophy and guided relaxation.
  • Discover ways to reduce and manage stress.

We designed this for the busy person wanting to get away on retreat, but has too many things going on to take 4 days off. This is for you. Finally a chance to re-ignite the burning flame that lives inside you. To take a moment to pause and reconnect to yourself in our very busy world.

Senior Teacher and Yoga Trainer Patty Perlman leads 3 master classes over Saturday + Sunday morning. Her focus is to work closely with you, your mind and your breath to realign you into your centre. Lower stress, learn new yoga poses, understand your body's subtle energy, drop into your parasympathetic nervous system and develop a realistic home practice, even if it's 15 minutes a few times a weeks.

Wether you are new to yoga and meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this weekend of mastery will send you home inspired, calm and with a new outlook on how we approach stress, time management and wellness.

The Classes
Designed as a course and carefully placed in sequence, Patty will take you on a thoughtfully curated journey of self discovery so each class builds and flows from one into another. You can expect a combination of yoga asana (physical practice), pranayama (breath-work), meditation, philosophy discussions and guided relaxation
