What are Chakras?

Chakras are our energy centres. They are the openings for life energy to flow into and out of our aura. Their function is to vitalize the physical body and to bring about the development of our self-consciousness. They are associated with our physical, mental and emotional interactions.

Bliss Dancing for the 7 Chakras:

This is a healing movement  practice.  It’s a form of nourishment for your true authentic self – for your soul.  Moving to music specifically created to resonate with each chakra as you are guided into your own inner dance of release and re-connection.  It offers a kind of liberation, a connection with your soul and the universe - it just feels like coming home.

When energy becomes blocked in a chakra, it triggers physical, mental, or emotional imbalances that manifest in symptoms such as anxiety, lethargy, or poor digestion. A well-tuned asana practice can free up energy and stimulate an imbalanced chakra, paving the way for that wonderful internal shift for which yoga is known. With just a little bit of coaching, you can tap into the chakras as a potent way of harnessing and shifting your energy in the direction you want it to go.

Carole is a qualified Master Trainer Level 2 (Cert III & IV in Fitness) with the Australian Institute of Fitness and also a Laughter Yoga Facilitator, Bootcamp and Boxing Instructor.  She also is a certified EFT/TFT Master Practitioner, Food Coach & Reiki Practitioner.

She holds a Bachelor degree in Vocational and Adult Education & Diploma of Frontline Management and has owned and operated a highly successful training business for many years.  She is a member of the Australian Register of Exercise Professionals with Fitness Australia.
