Healing

Our intention for this retreat is of Heart conscious healing through movement and music. Harmonising with the vibrations of truth and love and letting these natural elements be our medicine.

The offerings are grounded, deeply rooted in authentic practice and ‘walking our talk’. Feet on the earth, light of the stars, ancestors by our side.

As part of the program we will visit the holy and sacred Springs to cleanse and purify on sunrise of the third morning.

The retreat is held in a healing sanctuary called ‘Swasti’, complete with bamboo yoga shala, overlooking the lush jungle and organic cafe to nourish you with healing home grown Balinese cusine.

The accommodation is traditional bungalows made of recycled wood surrounded by tropical gardens plus a saltwater swimming pool.
