Yes, all the workshops and classes are suitable for beginners. There will also be options for more experienced students wanting a challenge. The meditation workshops are mindfulness meditation - a simple, secular style suitable for all levels using attention regulation techniques to train your mind to be present and focussed. The labyrinth meditation is used to quiet the mind, connect with the intuition and release thoughts and emotions for great clarity. The sound healing is a relaxing meditation to the sound of crystal bowls and other vibrational instruments. All equipment is supplied for all the meditations and yoga sessions.
