Teaching Specialties
A compassionate yet real space where you feel held, loved, accepted & elevated. You will feel poked, provoked & then lifted up. My goal is to leave every person I meet in an elevated state seeing the soul that is inside so you are activated to step into your higher self.
What are your favorite Retreat Venues around the world?
Ubud Yoga Centre in Bali. I had the privilege of teaching there for a couple of years and leading retreats. I loved the family feel, the international audience & a gorgeous view of the valley.
What’s your personal definition of what it means to thrive?
Someone who is unapologetically themselves, someone who doesn’t wait to have the results in order to give them permission to act. Leaders take the action to move them forward to get thriving results.
Who do you look up to ? Who has helped you the most along your teacher / retreat leader journey?
Guru Jagat from Rama Institute For Applied Yogic Sciences. I had had the honour of teaching on their platform & I look to them for guidance as they are true practitioners holding the Kundalini Lineage.
