SHANNON ROSIE

Holistic Nutritionist, gut health specialist, wellness author and speaker deeply passionate about helping her clients to become a happier, healthier, more vibrant version of themselves.

Shannon teaches her clients how to heal themselves from the inside out, whilst enjoying the process; no deprivation required. She believes in balance, nourishment and the powerful innate healing ability of the body. Instead of treating symptoms with bandaid solutions she will work with clients to address the root cause and encourage healing by giving the body what it needs to heal itself.

“As a child I was obsessed with glitter and wanted everything around me to sparkle, so that was my nickname – Sparkle. Today, this is the essence of my practice. Through my studies and my own journey of finding my healthiest, happiest and sparkliest self – I have learned all about the endless healing abilities of food. I want to share them with you so that you can discover your healthy sparkle too."  

Shannon will teach you how deliciously easy it can be to become your healthiest self. You will learn how it is possible to live a balanced life of wellness in an overwhelming world of contradicting clickbait headings and fad diets. You will even enjoy creations from her book Conscious Cocktails.

EMMA SHEARMAN

Emma Shearman is the founder of SISUU and a Performance Breath Coach. She uses her expertise to teach people how to implement effective breathing techniques into their daily lives, helping them to feel calmer, more centered, and courageous.

Being an adventure athlete Emma has seen the power of cold water exposure, breathwork, and carving out time to do the things that light you up. As a result, Emma has created a community to share her love for the outdoors. She has coached the likes of big wave surfers, executives teams & multinational brands such as Patagonia.


KINCHEM

Author, creator, nurturer and connector of women. Kinchem is the Director at Springfield & Co. Kinchem is thrilled to be putting down roots at Springfield after living overseas in New York, Chicago, Singapore and Bali for past 25 years. She has worked in venture capital, product development, start-ups, banking/finance, education, real estate and non-profits. She has an MFA in Fiction Writing and Grad Dip in Permaculture Design. Her varied background, natural intuition and deeply maternal energy come together in perfect harmony as a retreat facilitator. As well as managing the programs at Springfield she facilitates Inner Landscaping groups, helping others to transform their internal world into a thriving ecosystem.


FARMER PETE

Farmer Pete, a man with seemingly infinite energy! When he’s not jetting the globe on business, he is knee deep in the veggie garden here at Springfield. During the past six months, he has set up our beautiful chickens in the coop of their dreams and is growing mealy worms and crickets for their food. He’s passionate about mycelium and has planted a superfood mushroom farm. He’s always got his hands in the dirt, growing veggies for our retreats, and recently became a beekeeper! He is especially excited to have taken Springfield Farm off the grid with our own solar energy, and will be happy to take you on tours to explore all of his projects while you’re here.
