Josie and Jane will ease you through 5 days and 4 nights of yoga, creative writing.
Josie is a Senior Teacher with Yoga Australia as well as an Accredited Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. She is also a singer and lover of reading and writing.
She has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and teaching for over 13 years. Josie has been running yoga, walking and creative retreats in Western Australia, Bali and Europe since 2010.
Her sessions will draw on Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Insight, Qigong, Daoist and Buddhist Meditation techniques. Josie is also an Accredited Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher with the Australasian Mindfulness Institute (endorsed by Jon Kabat Zin) and is currently studying towards a Diploma in Counselling with the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors (AIPC). All levels and abilities will be looked after, from beginners to more experienced participants.
