Retreats Highlights
Take a moment to pause and reconnect. Surround yourself with nature, yoga, ocean swims, nature walks, divine food and great people. This retreat is the laid back escape you need. Lay by the heated pool. Relax in the sauna. Read a book or have a nap. Spend more time in savasana. Sure, have a wine with dinner... life is about balance after all. Smile more often here. Reignite the burning flame that lives inside you. You’ll feel strong, healthy, and rejuvenated after a long weekend at our beachside retreat.
Our mission is to ignite your inner fire with class styles that allow your body to strengthen and thrive in every pose. Yoga takes place daily on the beach, in our yard and covered deck. Morning classes on the beach welcome the sunrise and wake up the body with invigoration and deep, relaxing savasanas. Evening classes wind down the day with slower flows + yoga nidra to provide deep restoration of the muscles with systematic, guided breath control for relaxation. Yoga Workshops teach you how to meditate and more about yoga to enhance your practice but also the way you live.
Our other activities such as nature walks, meditation, infrared sauna, ocean swims and beach yoga were chosen rekindle your connection to nature and build a deeper lever of body awareness. When you’re not strolling the beach, you can wind down by the pool or jump into a cooking class.
In the past we’ve hosted this retreat in humble accommodation surrounded by nature. Now, we offer a large architecturally designed home, bedrooms with ensuites and French linen bedding, custom furniture and private balconies and terraces. Held in the exclusive enclave of Tallow's Beach, our retreat is Byron Bay’s best kept secret for those seeking ambience, uniqueness and indulgence. Wake up to the majestic ocean sounds of the Coral Sea, fall asleep amongst the dunes and waves, and awaken your mind and body.
