Amidst uplifting yoga, life affirming mindfulness and rich cultural experiences you will have plenty of free time for self-care - at the spa centre, in the salt water swimming pool, at the local beach, in Gaia's lush gardens or simply sitting on your balcony reading.

Tim and Anna share a love of people, culture and nature and have a long history of leading retreats in regional Victoria, Bali and across India, including in the foothills of the Himalayas. Tim and Anna's mission is to help people gain a greater sense of their own potential and innate strength, and to experience the profound joy that comes with a deeper connection to the world around them.
About Tim
Tim is a Senior Iyengar Yoga Teacher with 30 years + teaching experience. With highly developed skills he conveys the essence of yoga with depth, clarity and humor. Whether you are new to yoga, have physical restrictions or have been practicing for many years, Tim will support and challenge you, as you gain greater insight into the nature of your being. Physically, mentally and emotionally you will leave his sessions feeling stronger, steadier and more resilient.
About Anna
Anna brings 30+ years experience in 'life coaching' and in fostering people's creative participation in 'community life'. Combining gentleness and directness, Anna invites you to practice letting go what needs to be let go of and letting grow what needs to grow. With this intention, Anna offers a selection of meditation and mindfulness techniques to help quieten your mind, support greater connection to your intuition and instill greater confidence to follow your heart.
On the Sunday your retreat begins, you’ll have the option of arranging your own travel or booking a seat in a courtesy car from a pick-up point in Ubud. Pick up will be at approximately 11am. You will be driven for 1.5 hours, sharing a beautiful buffet lunch en route at Mt. Batur, before arriving at Gaia Oasis around 3pm.
Following a light lunch on day 7 of your retreat (Saturday), you will again have the option of a seat in a courtesy car returning you to Ubud around 2pm or to Ngurah Rai International Airport to connect with flights from 3.30pm onwards
Almost exclusively women, men more often as a ‘partner’ who is new to yoga and mindfulness. Ages are generally 45 plus up to early 70s, however some younger folk attend and love it.
Doesn’t include airfares.
All meals are gluten free. Chicken and fish option offered daily. Wide range of vegetarian choices. Other dietary issues also catered for on an individual basis.
The yoga and mindfulness cater to all levels of experience.
