THE YOGA Ignite your inner fire with Patty Perlman each morning as she tones and strengthens your body with precise alignment, allowing you to thrive in every pose with a creative vinyasa class. Restore and reboot each evening with yin and guided Yoga Nidra. Morning classes will be strong and invigorating with deep and relaxing savasanas. Evening classes will cool and calm you with guided relaxation to provide deep restoration of the muscles with systematic, guided breath control for relaxation.

THE FITNESS Each morning after yoga you’ll have the option to take part in the most challenging cardio class you’ve ever done, but don’t worry, we’re all in it together. Alternating days of HIIT and Muay Thai in the Balinese heat will have you toned, strong and healthy by the end of the retreat.

THE VILLA Walking distance to Bingin Beach and its epic surf break, our villa features custom balinese wooden architecture, stone sinks, day beds, open air rooms and a resort style pool stretching the length of the property. Take a dip in our resort pool while our Balinese chefs prepare your meals and snacks throughout your stay. Daily maid service will keep your room looking tidy and our security staff will be there to assist you 24/7. This retreat is all inclusive, from turn down maid service to yoga workshops to temple and beach-club day trips to in house Balinese meals. Our property features a massage room, seperate + fully equipped yoga hut and 6 sleeping bungalows each with two bedrooms.

Retreat Leader + Head Trainer

Patty grew up in Acadia National Park in Maine, USA + began practicing yoga in her high school at age 15. She continued her education at university before taking a variety of teacher training’s which will be a lifelong educational journey. Patty has been tracing the globe + exploring the wellness industry to find the best locations + activities for retreat. From Miami to Macau, Mexico to Barcelona, she now spends her time at home in Byron Bay Australia, hiking and riding her bike with her Australian Shepherd Nala running my her side.
