"Based on Vipassana meditation, while adding more femininity into this ancient and perhaps more masculine practice, I add very soft movements of Qi Gong and soft asana practices, just to move the Qi of the body and also to learn how to practice the meditation techniques we are leaning in motion.

Bringing in the astrology aspects and TCM, so we learn about and focus on the energetic themes of the eclipses or moons, and understand better how to utilize and harness it.

Learning together how to let go and surrender into the reality as it is into and by Yin Yoga, while in each Yin Yoga session each practitioner is receiving Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Sound Massage.

Adding Guided Imagery on a special new moon night, to engrave changes into our subconscious mind.

And wrapping it all with so much love compassion and care for each practitioner, therefore I only host up to 15 people on each retreat."

About Amber

Amber has been practicing yoga and meditation since 2011 and started teaching in 2016, and has done a couple of Vipassana courses and serving.

Teacher trainings/ courses/ workshops of asana /pranayama /philosophy with great teachers such as Maty Ezraty, Matthew Sweeney, AG & Indra Mohan as well as a deep practice with many great teachers from Israel such as Shirley Caspi, Sharon Kanor, Nancy Gardush, Galia Kornfeld, and a Yin Yoga TT with Noga Weiss.

Amber is trained in Cranio-Sacral Therapy and Peter Hess Sound Massage, and therefore you will experience some of this therapy throughout the retreat.

Amber is an enthusiastic, creative and present Yoga Teacher who offers a mindful and honest practice with the combination of energetic work.

She began her yoga journey in 2011. Amber is passionate about authentic teaching. She practices and studies Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyneger and Yin along with Vipassana, Qi Gong, Cranio-sacral, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Mobility and Dance.


She aspires to learn as much as she can, from all styles, teachings and techniques related to yoga and meditation, in order to create a great toolbox to help others and herself in any situation and at any stage.

Amber sees yoga as a spiritual way to use physicality to tap deeper into one's soul, and clear the mind while healing her/his body. Yoga for her is a daily practice, on and off the mat, of how to be, how to live more lovingly, kindly, and compassionately with all living beings.
